If I could give 0 stars I would. They cancelled my reservation 1 minute before the beginning of my rental having already taken £100 from my account. I then called the customer service and the person over the phone was defensive. He was blaming me more than helping find us a solution. Saying they couldn't go through the security checks. Even though they had 6 days to tell me, they decided to wait until the very last minute. The only answer I had from the customer service was "You read the terms and conditions didn't you ?!". I've never felt so neglected as a customer, I will never go back to Hertz and would recommend anyone to drive a few minutes down the road and go to Morley Self Drive.
