As always great value with a surprisingly big choice for a small shop, the added bonus of the Post office inside as well.

The shop part is good value. However, the Post Office is often closed when it's supposed to be open, which is very frustrating. Also, some of the staff can occasionally be rude and are more interested in talking to friends and colleagues than serving. The younger staff are great, but the 2 older males can be abrupt and unfriendly.

Lovely staff, great discounted prices and plenty of options and deals. Good sized easy to navigate

Called in to heron in linthorpe village today and what a lovely happy shop. Christmas music playing and even a little sing song from the man on the checkout called Harry. I was having a stressful day but came out full of Xmas cheer. Thanx Harry.

Good prices for a respectable range of products. If they were open later than 8pm it would be great.

That young girl that works there with the brown hair is very polite and always seems to be working very hard! although i miss that lad that worked there called James.
