All the team communicated well with each other. Jan Street in the progressions team, well what can I say, she kept me sane through a tricky move. Always honest and reassuring with lots of experience of the buying/selling process. Start to finish - Great team. Sensible advise on selling price and showing our home for marketing to SELL. Once buyers secured the progression team (Jan Street) good at keeping us updated and staying calm in our mini crisis when our buyers buyer pulled out, but thankfully our buyers secured new buyers. H n C Llandaff Office were excellent. Recommended conveyor also gave us a professional service. If we sell again in Cardiff they'll be our first point of call.

Although we sold our house through another agent, Hern and Crabtree were the selling agents for both our buyer and the seller of the house we purchased. We were very impressed with the speed and fairness of their responses. In particular, Michael for the seller, and Jan in her sales progression capacity - never ruffled,always polite.
