The hotel was in an ideal location surrounded by lush green trees and grounds. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had the king and twin rooms and they were just right and clean. Our stay was for 3 nights and we were expecting our room to be cleaned after day 2 but this didn't happen, I queried this with reception and they were short staffed. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would highly recommend. If we were to visit Scotland we would book the same hotel.
