Exceptional service by Mr Dominic Nurse at HenryHyams Solicitors, who dealt with our long and challenging case with professionalism, commitment and sensitivity. I could not have asked for better advice and communication. I was kept updated regularly on progress and action being taken, and was very involved in every step of the process. He displayed excellent knowledge and understanding of law and court procedures which resulted in a successful outcome for us. I wholeheartedly recommend this firm for all legal matters.

They gave me advice regarding my children and it turned out the worst advice I could of been given that ended up with me having to go to court. The reason was to get it into court so they could suck up £10000 in legal aid and at the final hearing they never even showed up at court fobbing me off with another solicitor who wasn’t clued up and resulting with the loss of my children. Please avoid these crooks and those certificates are for show.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. They’ve not only let me down but they’ve let my daughter down also by not fighting my case. Wouldn’t recommend them whatsoever unless you want your family to be parted for good. They don’t care about anyone but themselves. All they want is more money. They’re not bothered about bringing families together, they prefer the children to be with someone who gets the help that families don’t get. They’re no better than those who do bad in this world. Should be ashamed of yourselves!

What a shame. Poor communication, one word responses and an arrogant attitude. Ultimately as a vendor we pulled out of the sale as Hyams (Michael Bush) refused to engage with our solicitor. It cost their customer the property. I have failed to see how they have acted in their clients interest.

Reasonable the service is excellent not to pleasing with cases I work for but greatly admired. Seal tasking Leeds we are a strength. Henry Hyams were the vendor's solicitors. Due to lack of responsiveness, the back and forth between the solicitors took 4 months more than the initially estimated time. Thus missing both stamp duty holidays (31'st July and 31'st September) and costing us a good sum of money. The lack of transparency made it worse, there was no clear reason for the holdup. And as far as I can tell, the outstanding issues that spanned for the entire transaction period were the same (the delay was not caused due to new issues).

I used Henry Hyams for my conveyancing. They always responded quickly to any queries and were very helpful. I do not believe my house purchase would have gone through as quickly as it did, were it not for the service Henry Hyams (Michael Bush) provided. They chased the sellers solicitors and estate agents to make sure there were no delays. I would 100% use again.
