A beautiful house, made very comfortable and with very friendly staff. Lots of good breakfast options. Car parking is OK, though might not suit particularly precious or very large vehicles.

Great location. Fantastic reception staff - very polite, professional and welcoming. Great cooked to order breakfast from 8 - perhaps an issue if looking for an early start?

Stayed at Henrietta over the weekend , our room was gorgeous and very modern decorated just a bit of issues with the main switches in the room, very complicated process. Florian the supervisor was very professional booking us in the room , the hotel itself is a 4 start hotel but the service we got from Florian was for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was exceptionally good and the your lady serving was very polite and very professional , we gave our feedback to Florian about how exceptional and delicious breakfast was and to surprisingly finding out that the lady working ar breakfast was his partner in life. Them two offered us the best service we had. We already booked next year 2 rooms due to the very high end service we got. All the best in life to Florian and his lovely partner.

The hotel room was fine. Clean and comfortable bed. I'd agree with others about the ridiculously complicated process with the light switches affecting the plug sockets. It's an incredibly handy base for town. The reason for my giving 3 stars only is during breakfast I ordered the vegan breakfast and made a point of saying I'm allergic to dairy and eggs. I ate a mouthful of the mushrooms and could tell they were cooked in butter. I complained and the lovely waitress went back into the kitchen and said the chef says he cooks mushrooms separately for vegans and that they were cooked in oil. I said they were definitely butter and she shrugged like she knew the chef wasn't being honest. I obviously didn't eat anymore and sure enough began reacting to the dairy within 5 minutes and had to take a bunch of antihistamines. We were still charged full price for breakfast and no apology. Vegan requests need to be taken seriously - there may be allergy as well as moral issues involved.

Not a hotel to recommend. A cold austere room with the tiniest shower room. A tea tray that had a few sachets of teas and Nescafé and four tiny pots of milk. A kettle that was impossible to boil other than a switch by the door. A very nice young man, Daniel, who valiantly got our kettle working and got us some biscuits. A fridge that was on and completely empty.....not even a bottle of water! Some lovely staff... but never again. There are so many welcoming hotels in Bath, we will stick to those we know want to make us feel welcome. Oh! And no parking!

Great location, within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Car park is small but I managed to get a space. The room was very nice and and comfortable. However the room was so cold. It was as if there was air con on which I could not switch off. I went to the front desk twice and they kept saying they'd put the heating on. This never happened, the hallway was much warmer than the room. For that reason i wouldnt stay again. Its not cheap for one night 176 pound to be cold all night. Disappointing.

A lovely hotel, however I was very disappointed as we paid a lot of money for a Premium Room to only receive a small Premium Room! I feel when booking it would be much better to be able to choose the exact room you would like so you know what to expect, it seemed unfair to be paying the same amount as you would for one the bigger rooms which also came with a bath which we did not have in ours so I can’t understand why the prices were the exact same. We were also able to hear multiple conversations simultaneously from different rooms even though it states the rooms are soundproof. Other than that it was a clean hotel which was very close to the City Centre which was ideal!
