It's somehow managed to get even worse. Honestly look somewhere else if you're in search of a GP. After 28 years here that's exactly what I'm now going to be doing.

It's a nightmare trying to get an appointment, one appointment one problem! Lol I had a list passed it to the doctor, he never even looked at it and pushed it back to me. Pointed to a notice on his desk "one appointment, one problem" I have seen some nice doctors there and a lovely nurse. The receptionists are nice, overworked and underpaid too, I guess! I only joined up a year ago as I knew some patients who go there saying how wonderful it is. I believe it must be the merger that had ruined the place. I will just change again, if I can get in anywhere.

Used to be a great surgery before the merge with crossley practice. Constantly 45 min to hour wait after appointment time. No appointments after 8.15 left and cannot book appointment for future days. Really gone downhill

Review

There is no appointment after 8:15am and before they don't answer patients phone calls. They must close the surgery if they're not able provide any treatment to patients.
