Henley Green Medical Centre coventry

It's somehow managed to get even worse. Honestly look somewhere else if you're in search of a GP. After 28 years here that's exactly what I'm now going to be doing.

It's a nightmare trying to get an appointment, one appointment one problem! Lol I had a list passed it to the doctor, he never even looked at it and pushed it back to me. Pointed to a notice on his desk "one appointment, one problem" I have seen some nice doctors there and a lovely nurse. The receptionists are nice, overworked and underpaid too, I guess! I only joined up a year ago as I knew some patients who go there saying how wonderful it is. I believe it must be the merger that had ruined the place. I will just change again, if I can get in anywhere.

Used to be a great surgery before the merge with crossley practice. Constantly 45 min to hour wait after appointment time. No appointments after 8.15 left and cannot book appointment for future days. Really gone downhill

There is no appointment after 8:15am and before they don't answer patients phone calls. They must close the surgery if they're not able provide any treatment to patients.

Great doctors and lovely receptionist. Always have appointment when I need. Great service

They don't even deserve 1 star rating but had to to make this review the practice is a absolutely disgusting service rude and unprofessional receptionist that books appointments without asking for your name or address and just your date of birth and hangs up the phone on patient also unreasonable to patients circumstances and unable to provide fixable appointments just a disgraceful service and very unprofessional.

Receptionist sigh when you ask them to check days for appointments - like that is not their job. Ive previously had to discuss a very embarrassing condition with one receptionist in particular that refused to give me a call back with a doctor unless I told her exactly what was wrong. Very degrading. The same receptionist has messed my partner about by her having to get a taxi to collect my prescription at the time told to me by a nurse. When my partner arrived the prescription was 'not ready' - I phoned up very annoyed and suddenly it reappears. No need at all to mess people about. The doctors here are excellent. The problem is the receptionists. They seem to have an inflated sense of self importance. I could raise a further 2 issues I have had with this receptionist but it would be like arguing with a pigeon. A pigeon will never see it's wrong doing as it does not have the mental capacity or self awareness. Avoid this practice at all costs. Its a Real shame as doctors are spot on.
