2/7 modules are worth your time on the BA & Service Design course.. The Service Design module was so far off the mark it was embarrassing. You'll be expected to carry other students who spend lectures clothes shopping on their laptops. You will get grouped with them. They will get the same grade as you. Prof David Lane is excellent though. Study his module, it will help you make informed decisions. (Credit where it's due). The best thing HBS taught me, is how useless the competition is. Including some of the lecturers in my field of work.
