I purchased a vehicle from Henleaze Motors and found the service that I received was both friendly and professional. The company provided a full 12 months MOT, a full service history, a comprehensive vehicle check and a warranty. At no point was I subjected to any pressure from a sales person. I would certainly recommend this company if looking for a vehicle.

Bought a car

Saw a car here I was interested in one evening and left a message online: had a 'phone call the next morning and was able to go and test drive the vehicle that day, pleased to be the new owner of my little Toyota Yaris! No slick sales talk, just a fair, straightforward transaction: was treated with dignity and respect throughout. Returned the Yaris today with a minor glitch: sorted at very short notice, thanks guys, went off as a very happy bunny! Would recommend this establishment.

Great customer service from Rob and team, am very happy with the car I purchased from them 2 weeks ago. Helped A LOT to have the concerns of finding a new car eased after 14 years with previous motor. Definitely recommend AND certainly would return should I want another car in the future.

Avoid... brought a car from there over a year a go and since then nothing but problems.. I wanted a realiable car as i was expecting and the service at the start was excellent the aftersales anything but and the hire cars they offer aren't even better. The garage offer free MOTs with every sale but we wont be back we would rather pay someone else to look after our car.
