It is great little shop when compared to the out of town garden centres. Great customer service ... the staff I encountered were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. You can buy things in smaller quantities especially if you don't have a massive garden or storage. Definitely we need this shop so we don't have to go out of town.

Delivering can be problematic, no forklift and they are in the side of a main road. That being said, never really had a problem, as long as you get your arrival time right. Phone first and they will make sure you can park.

Beautiful shop with a wide range of both plants and garden supplies. Although of course not as well-stocked as some larger garden centres would be, Henleaze fulfilled my every need yesterday when I visited, with extremely helpful & knowledgeable staff to reccomend some changes for me (I unfortunately didn't catch his name but the gentleman in the Hawaiian shirt was superb). I will most definitely be back.

Very Friendly Staff, shop and yard was as tidy as you can get it as it is a garden shop after all. They had all that I needed so didn't have to shop around. So will definitely be coming back to shop again.

Lovely little garden shop, reminds me of my childhood going in and looking at the plants and the little budgie. Staff always friendly with helpful plant knowledge! Plants are well looked after by the staff before they are bought. Good selection of gardening accessories and shoes. I am so pleased this center has been running for many years, a constant in henleaze :)
