Purchase of a new car it's a bit difficult to tell who's selling what make when you find who selling what brand not so bad Much the same as any other car sales place had a resonable test drive and sales man sold me the car A fair price for my old car after a little negotiation All in all a resonable car place they sold me a car I little confusing as to which sales person you need to talk to as they see seem not to mix Renault Dacia and Seat but there you are No worse than other places

BEWARE.. Service department quoted £265 to fix broken boot latch. I bought the genuine vw/seat part required for under £20. Took about 10 minutes to do. I recently bought a Seat and was planning to get my car serviced here when needed but will definitely not now. Extortionate.

Unfortunately we had a fault with our car, so we contacted Dave Carr to see what he could do. He provided us with a number of options and was quick to get the fault sorted. He provided excellent communication throughout to both myself and my partner. We’ve always had excellent customer service, in particular, from Dave - He always goes above and beyond and he made it such an easy process… which car faults are not always quick and easy to sort. Thank you Dave!

Amazing first class customer service by Dave Carr at Seat HENDY. On multiple occasions has gone above and beyond to help myself choose a perfect car for my family. I would truly recommend anyone to go see him if you are looking for a new car. We turned up out of the blue and he was more then happy to help even finishing late to help us as we only had a couple of months until our newborn was due. Thank you so much Dave!

First class service throughout from Jess and Dave! Drove from Portsmouth to the dealership to view a Suzuki swift. Jess was very friendly and so easy to talk to even after only being there a short while. Dave was also very friendly, informative, very easy to talk to and took his time to help us throughout. He even stayed after his working hours to ensure we could take the car home on the same day as viewing. Amazing service from both! Highly recommend 😊
