Called in here for a quick lunch. Service was good, the waitress carried out our order while chatting to an acquaintance of hers in the queue behind us, for which I can't fault her, as it didn't seem to slow her down! We sat outside, not a bad place to watch the world go by. I had a slice of homity pie and my partner had a panino. The food was delicious but we both felt the main part of the meal was a little on the small side and the salad too much in comparison. I could have eaten slightly more pie and slightly less coleslaw - but then I suppose it would cost more than the very reasonable £5.95 I paid. Drinks (tea and coffee) were good. Finally, from the other side of the building on Minster Street you can see right into the kitchen which is fascinating!

Have been for lunch here many times and the am always impressed by the constant quality of the food and service. Everything Paul and his team sells is made there and it's always delicious. His Chelsea buns are to die for and the light lunches are delicious and very well priced. It's a hidden gem of Salisbury and is definitely worth a visit.

Love this little bakery, bought a sausage roll on the way home, it was pure delight, wonderful light flaky pastry filled with delicious sausage meat that had texture and flavour. Look out for the savoury muffins, very yummy.

Bought bread and pastries to take away. The sourdough bread is very good but I was shocked at how salty the croissants were, no sweetness at all. OK, I don't mind less sugar for health reasons but the saltiness was not acceptable. The chelsea buns were also uninspiring.

Turned up at just after 2 on a sunny Bank Holiday. The staff were friendly and really lovely and it was great to sit out in the square. However, there wasn't much choice of cakes (which surprised me for a bakery) and the cold drink selection was quite poor. Was a little disappointed.
