Whilst not the worst, definitely not the best experience. Ice cold atmosphere, could have been more thorough. Would have appreciated some friendliness and warm welcoming atmosphere

Firstly none of the staff wore a mask, including the lady that cut my hair. Everyone was pleasant but the cut was not good, I wanted my hair the same length all round but I've ended up with it being much longer at the back and shorter at the front. Was just kindof rushed to be honest.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, I felt so comfortable although I’m very sensitive and can’t tolerate any sort of pain, reassurance and I move a lot but they were so patient with me- so I guess I found my new spot! I would definitely recommend 100%

I have been to this salon twice for threading/waxing treatment in October and December 2021. Each time the service has been excellent. The lady was professional, fitted me in without an appointment in the morning and was friendly. The salon was clean and tidy and I will be using this service again. Many thanks.

Walked in yesterday to get my eyebrows done for the first time. Used a different place 2 months ago and they had totally ruined my eyebrows. Had been reluctant to use someone new but my eyebrows needed fixing. I got seen to straight away. Rupinder did a great job. Will definitely be using her on a regular basis for my eyebrows. Thank you. , I am 50 years old and in the beauty industry myself. This is the best waxing experience ever. Jasvir was unfazed by the mammoth task before her. I had almost no pain and no redness. Usually I leave the salon with my clothes sticking to the wax left on my legs. Jasvir was very thorough and efficient. I just wished she wasn’t 125 miles away but definitely worth the journey

Had a lovely massage by Jasneet. She did an excellent job at really working all my knots and findings ones I didn't know I had! It really helped and got rid of a lot of muscle pains. Will be back for sure.

Real fast and efficient in drop in service without appointment. Trimmed my daughters hair gave a great haircuts 💇‍♀️ would recommend highly. A thumbs up 👍🏽.
