I've been to a few salons in Edinburgh and here is where I felt most at home. Lauren is a great listener and as amazing with people as she is a magician with hair. She's warm, friendly and so easy to chat with! The entire staff will be the same, if you're the kind of person who is a bit shy to come to a salon (I am similar, it can be intimidating for me at times), I really recommend the atmosphere created by the lovely ladies who work here. Outstanding service!!

My favourite hairdressers, great prices, great staff.

We visited in emergency mode - my wife had burned the ends of her hair with a faulty flat-iron - and Heaven Beauty was able to accommodate us without an appointment. The stylist assessed the situation, gave my wife a quick & stylish trim, et voilà! My wife's mood, and thus our vacation, were saved. Friendly staff & very fair pricing. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding service with good staff

I just had an AMAZING set of treatments, back, neck & shoulders + reflexology. I can’t recommend Heaven Beauty highly enough!! Definitely will be coming here again the next time I’m in Edinburgh :)

Was looking for a funky short styled sicsor and clipper cut and Charlene delivered. Will be back for recut soon.

I always have an unbelievable experience when I come here, and feel fabulous after. I can't wait to get in and chat to Lauren every time I get my hair done, and all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming! The new decor is my favourite so far, and I'll never be going anywhere else now!

Had a great haircut from a lovely lady, I'm sorry I can't remember her name! going back for cut and colour next month. Feel like I walked out with a different haircut for a change, thank you!

Was totally messed about by this salon! Booked an appointment for makeup online was contacted by a member of staff the day after to be advised that there was a mix up and the makeup artist was too busy and could not do my makeup at the time I had booked. I was asked to come in an hour later which was inconvenient for me but I managed to reschedule & change another appointment I had, to then go to the salon to attend the appointment that they had arranged, to be told again there was another mix up & the makeup artist was not able to do my makeup for another 45 minutes without a genuine reason or explanation! Totally ruined my day as I was getting my makeup done for a special occasion! Would definitely not recommend this salon.
