This is a great airport terminal. There a few things you should know. First the A gates are in the main building, but the B and C gates require that you take a subway to them, so plan accordingly. There are numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities in the Main Building, but not so in the Auxiliary Pods. So plan your trip to the Pods appropriately to your flight.

Anyone who thinks this terminal is good clearly don't fly often or work for BA and thus is a fake review. the terminal fails most tests from security that are not qualified. To planes that are delayed.. for a terminal that is 95% BA. BA need to step it up and start offering the service that is paid for. Furthermore. They need to start respecting their frequent flyers. As we do have a choice out there

Another wonderful experience at Heathrow. The place is phenomenal in terms of staff, behaviour, a certain and clear protocol, well defined layout and a plethora of duty-free and labels for your shopping taste buds. Count of Restaurants though is something they can work on. But overall, a heartwarming experience, especially for people with strollers and wheelchairs ... Wow 🤗

I think this is probably the best international airport in the world. Okay maybe top 3 but definitely top 5. The best part is the availability of duty free items that travelers can get for a bargain. There's so much to keep you busy that you won't even realize that you have waited for 6 hours for your connecting flight. The staff are also very nice and courteous.
