Great value for what we paid. We booked a basic room for the night before our plane left to easily get to the airport but didn't expect it to be so nice. The room and bathroom were very clean and there was a sink with a drinking water tap. The front desk staff loaned us an outlet converter since we hadn't brought one for our US chargers. And drove us to the airport in the morning. Across the street from the lodge is a really charming pub with a really friendly owner and Indian food plus pub foods (burgers, fish and chips, big breakfasts), desserts, drinks.

Great basic room for an early flight. Booked a twin as it was cheaper online but was offered an upgrade to a single in the main building on arrival which was great as the other rooms in the annex don't have TVs or WiFi. The room was very small and only had a sink with shared bathrooms along the hallway. Location is good for Heathrow as terminal 5 in less than 10 minutes away, although the buses only leave about every 30 minutes in the early morning. Nothing nearby for food except a couple of pubs so need to walk about 15 minutes to the nearest takeaway.

I would advise anyone thinking of booking this place to read the small print. Rooms are presented well if your not fussy all rooms are not on suite beware. Customer service is standard and not rude and they will try to resolve issues if you haven't read the small print.

Good place to rest for connecting flights, it’s cheap, close to airport and transportation is free to and for airport. Don’t have a high expectation on the room. You get what you pay

I didn't expect much from a low-budget economy room, but was left disappointed. The shared bathroom light did not work, there was a label left in the bedding suggesting the room had not been cleaned properly, and the bathroom lacked hand towels.

If all you need is place to get a night sleep that doesn't break the bank. Basic but bed was clean and comfortable, it felt safe. Good shuttle service to terminal 5.

Didn't even stay. After waiting on line at the desk for a half an hour (the people ahead of us had all their belongings stolen from their room while they were out), we finally got into our rooms and discovered the following: no outlets near the bed and a pervasive sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Since the windows would not open (first floor room, so probably not a good idea) and there were no other rooms (our original room had "flooded" before we got there), we decided to just eat the room cost and stay at a Radisson down the road: greater cost but clean and functioning. I think one would be better off sleeping in the airport than booking a room here. Stay away!!
