Awful! Avoid!

1.0/ 5

Awful. Avoid. Unprofessional stuff, website showing outdated information, bartender deliberately provided incorrect info to get £14 from me. Raised to manager who didn’t care to say simple sorry. Please make yourself a favour and don’t waste your time and money.

The sauna is small but has a bar where you can have a drink and relax a bit. The staff is very kind and friendly. At the entrance they gave me a wet towel, the area of the lockers is very narrow and smelled bad, the jacuzzi itself is not a jacuzzi, the part of the showers was the worst there are only two and if one is on the other does not have pressure, sometimes that area became clogged and a large pool of water was created and the entire floor was very dirty. In the time I was there I did not see anyone cleaning anything. Although the staff and the bar are very good, the sauna itself could be cleaned more often and more now with the issue of covid.

- Friendly staff; Chris is great! - £14 entrance fee which is ok at weekends but possibly reduce the price weekdays to attract more people to visit! - Facilities are ok. - The bar is fine and a good selection of soft and alcoholic beverages.
