I had a non-fault car crash on July 2019, which it was clear and had pics and evidences, but they were not able to get even my CAR price after two years, whenever I called them they said they are investigating on it, after two years they negotiated with minimum possible payment, and they just wanted to close the my claim, even after settlement they took the hire car and storage’s guy side, very disappointed.

We have recently used Healy's services to sell our flat and purchase a bungalow. We had the pleasure of dealing with Diane and Louise. They were so professional, responsive and overall an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not sure where to start really, after 2 years and many thousands of pounds just trying to kick off some litigation Healys have proven to be the biggest waste of time and money out of the dozen or so solicitors I have used for various business litigation. After waiting weeks or months for replies to emails from DB, asking why I continue to be billed without showing me what was being done I pulled the plug. The first email response was to tell me I still owed them money, but they will not send me the invoice or tell me what they did but insist that I pay them or they will hold my files hostage. After over 2 months they refused my official request for my personal information, so I have reported them to the ICO. After wasting another 2 months going back and forth with the owner JH, I am no further along and am now spending my time filling in online reviews in the hopes that anyone else looking to use their services avoids them as they are unethical and will bill you whatever they want whenever they want and look down their noses at you when you question anything they do. Look elsewhere, plenty of firms with better communication and billing practices.

We are so glad we chose this firm and Charlotte Curl in particular to handle our property purchase. Charlotte was thorough in her communications, highly skilled, professional and worked to a very good timescale. We never had to chase and Charlotte contacted us with regular updates.
