It would be professional and nice if the person giving the massage actually paid attention to knots, pain areas, tension areas etc. As a client, that is what you pay for. No concept of individual bodies or any feel for the human body. Gave this place 3 chances, enough. The original staff member who attended to me had no idea what I was saying or asking. The staff member who gave the massage was nice but no feeling for my particular issues, English was unknown so very hard to communicate anything. Unfortunately my last visit.

First experience was really good, but when i went back different girl did the massage and she was very heavy handed and it hurts. She keeps asking if I was ok but when i said NO IT HURTS she did not loosen her arm/elbow on my neck until i said STOP IT HURTS. Not a good experience at all i went there to have a nice massage after work but was so disappointed.
