Went into the shop with high expectations only to be disappointed. I was standing at the front desk when one of the staff came out to assist me.. nope she didn't. The phone was ringing and I hadn't been served yet. I asked her " hi do you have any available appointments today's... she went straight to the phone She answered the phone and had a full on conversation with someone before even speaking to me. After being on the phone for 10 minutes she hung up and rudely replied to me what do u want. I repeated my question again and she said no. Didn't bother to ask if tomorrow would work or any other time. I had to walk out. Won't be back. Just sad really.

Not good. Very understaffed. Massues had to attend to phone and customers during the massage. Gave it another chance and tried to make booking and was just rudely told no vacancies. They have no idea of customer service.

Partner went for full body massage. Was very disappointed. She had to ask for arms etc at the end of massage. Masseuse constantly sniffed for first 10 mins until my partner asked if she would like to stop and use a tissue.
