Awesome service and amazing spa. I have kept it in a covered patio in the garden. It take around 30-45 mins to heat up but once it reaches the required temperature, it does the job perfectly. A session in the spa is unbelievably relaxing. The service by Gert is the cherry on top. Will highly recommend then.

I ordered a Classic 2 for delivery in mid June, and with all the Brexit & Covid difficulties I was delighted to receive it just a few days late. At all times Health Mate kept in contact to update the delivery time and when the time came Gert (Owner) not only delivered it himself at 7.30pm but also then proceeded to install the sauna and even took the cardboard away. Fantastic service! The sauna has exceeded all our expectations as well and we look forward to years of use. I have no hesitation in recommending Health Mate UK, the Company and the product.

We are absolutely delighted with our new sauna. A really high quality product - it looks gorgeous, is easy to use and hugely relaxing once in. Installation team were great and we were all set up and ready to go in a couple of hours. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
