The overall experience was okay. I didn’t feel very welcomed when I first arrived and didn’t really know what was happening exactly until Travis the physiotherapist arrived and called me in by name. Travis started the session with a series of questions which ranged from what my occupation was, what the issue was, the intensity of the pain etc before getting me to do a variety of physical tests to fully diagnose the issue. Throughout my time with him, he was very professional but also spoke to me in a very casual way which made my experience extremely good. I did not reveal it at the time but I utterly hate needles despite working with needles at work but he got me talking and that sorta took my mind away from it. (Please note that not all patients will have to go through this procedure.) Despite being a healthcare worker, myself, as this was my first time presenting to a physiotherapy session, I was slightly nervous but, as previously mentioned, Travis, the physiotherapist, made it a less uncomfortable experience. Not only that, he emailed me the recommended exercises to do at home or at work as well! He did not make me go through procedures that he doesn’t believe I really need which really shows his ethics and integrity. As a vulnerable patient, I could have easily been exploited but it felt like he genuinely wanted to help me get better rather than being in it for the money. All in all, I am very grateful and want to say thank you to him!

As soon as I walked in, I felt very welcomed by the two lovely ladies at the desk… For months, I have been struggling with severe back and hip issues, and Travis was the first doctor/physiotherapist to take me seriously after constantly going between different doctors to seek help. He started out by asking a lot of questions, and was very thorough in explaining scoliosis and why it causes the pain. I look forward to going again for more pain relief strategies.

This was my first visit but have to say Ive been to a few others with no result but today was the first time I felt there was help to be pain free. Roleen listened and took her time asked questions and went through her plan for me. I only gave 4 stars as it was my fist visit but definitely looking forward to see whats to come.
