I really wanted to rate this experience based on the other positive reviews, sadly not. They didn’t know how to respond to a request to adjust the massage (using less elbow with sensitivity in one area). The masseuse changed halfway through, it ended under the hour I paid for, and no refreshment was offered. I must have lucked out with the therapist. It was an uncomfortable experience and a waste of money.

I never review massages as I never have really got one that was worth reviewing . Trang/ Chang ( unsure how to spell) was the best of the best . It was like was massaging myself . She knew exactly where needed attention and it felt like she really cared . Thank you so much healing house. See you again soon!

I have been here 3 times now, once for just a massage and twice for the 'Orchid House' day spa package. Every time I have had excellent massages and the day spa is very reasonably priced. One person that has come on to the day spa with me both times had an average experience with her therapist the last time we went, but the service has been mostly consistent.

Really beautiful and tranquil setting that helped everyone in the team relax and unwind before Christmas. The ambience and staff eased the tension right out of everyone and maintained excellent professionalism while still giving a warm welcoming demeanor
