What lovely staff, with friendly smiles. Michelle waa amazingly patient with me and my booking. Explained everything at each step. Really clear and made something I was very anxious about, actually comfortably easy and anxiety free. As a disabled traveller, with no carer, and an ASD teenager with me; Obviously I was quite scared of travelling: But, I feel much more secure about it now, and can finally start getting excited instead. Would/will definitely use this company again
