Very helpful, quick response .

I have my phone stolen so i contacted police then i did investigation myself and found it is in cash converters. I told them that i found my stolen phone but they dont do nothing about contacted them multiple times police man in reception suggested me to give up on this case it is too difficult for them. I did more investigation and found out that cash converters knowingly sell stolen items and are covered up by ignorance of police because it is to big job for them because cash converters buy and sell stolen gods on daily bases. After time police can close the case on lack of evidence. I really disappointed on police work. I suggest they should close up this police station. I would be better of sorting out my things if there would be no police. Now i'm hopeless because cash converters is covered by police they protect thifs... This is only occasion i turn to police in my life and they surprised me i could think of anything but this is ridiculous.

I went in to report a case and was in need of help. The officer behind the glass door was rude and no help instead I was told to report it online. I don't understand its us tax payer's pay so they have a job it's a big joke to them.

One member of staff was unhelpful, ill informed and arrogant. Will use other Middlesex police stations in future.

They stopped doing foreign national registration here. But this can be communicated with me with some respect and basic level of etiquette, rather than what they actually did in reality. The lady and gentleman on duty as of 17:25 19th December were very inpatient, and unwilling to communicate. I can see their animosity through the glass. I visited here for police registration in 2020, that time the officer was extremely welcoming and helpful, and was very friendly to talk to. It’s a shame that the good officer isn’t in everyday.

We had an incident outside our house this Christmas evening. The entire incident was handled with professionalism, swift efficiency and humour. Thank you to our wonderful local police. You do a thankless job!

These are the worst kind of officers. They dont respect peoples rights, and try to belittle anyone that don't follow their "orders"

Don't understand members of public who have family problems as well as psychological problems.

one of the staff of this police station is not helpful. His behaviour is very rude and arrogant. He did't listen anything.
