Similarly to others, unfortunately, Dr Dawood is the most helpful and caring practitioner here, but is often unavailable until weeks later as he in high demand. The receptionists are unbearably rude and unhelpful and show no sign of care. Only God knows why on earth they are working within healthcare.

If you want to be seen don't go there.they do not care.

I have been registered at this surgery for about 30 years and definitely would not want to change. Dr Rudd and Dr Dawood are superb and extremely friendly as are the nurses and reception staff. On the few occasions I have seen the locum doctors they too have been excellent.

Absolutely fantastic care from Dr Dawood...As always he knows exactly what to do and solves the problem...My mother and other families have always benefited frim Dr Dawood's expertise and cimpassion...He is supported by a great team who do the very best they can to support the patient pathway...Overall the patient and family are fully supported and the clinical outcome is always the best it can be...With heartfelt thanks to you all.. Hannah Brayne described this GP exactly in the way that I've wanted to describe it. The only good and professional doctor that I really appreciate is Dr Dawood but the rest, I'm really still wondering how they are practicing this profession and the staff is really rude and unhelpful, they treat you with a bad attitude. Dr Rudd can be friendly but is better to consult Google than to speak with her. The last time that she consult me she didn't check nothing only prescribed me some medicine (I repeat without consulting me) and send me home telling me 3 times that she hopes that I will get better. What !!!!!!!

I would like to thank the Drs at Hatch End Medical especially during the pandemic,as they have remained open and seen patients. They are very kind , reliable and conscientious and alwasys treated my medical problems respectfully and efficiently. Thank you for caring so much.

Very, very, very poor service! If I could give no stars I would! Doctors are excellent especially Dr Dawood and Dr Sharma but some of the receptionist are incredibly rude, no manners, no customer care and very abrupt. Please could someone in the medical background give these receptionist some training on excellent customer care. There is no need for such rudeness when people are already feeling poorly and low in spirits and a simple kind voice or even a smile would make a difference! If anyone is thinking of joining this surgery please please go elsewhere as the first contact is the receptionist will leave a very bad taste in your mouth!

Rang for basic online patient access and apparently in the midst of a pandemic they would rather have vulnerable pets in their building than press a button and sort out their issues. Oh and the only person who knows how to do anything patient accesswise is only part time. So if you work and need online services a carrier pigeon maybe your only hope

Thanks God I am not registered at this practice. But unfortunately my mum is, in the past 10 years every time I get in touch with the reception of this practice I feel like smashing their useless faces (only if they answer). When i used to take my mother for appointments, minimum she would have to wait 1 hour or more from the time of her appointment to be seen by doctor. If my mother would be late even 2 minutes they would refuse to sign her in. They are racist to the max.
