Then on arrive Lewis was a STAR he did everything to fix the issue. Within the hour I was on the road !! Guys you were great, thank you.

My vehicle has recently had a replacement engine fitted under warranty by Harwoods Land Rover Edenbridge. I can not put in to words how frustrated and disappointed I am will the service I have received. The endless lies.. lack of clear replies to my queries... The vehicle in question has had two new engines with in the last year. I will list the issue below:- The work to replace the engine took 25 days, not 10 days as I was first told. An engine replacement has a workshop time of 23hours. The vehicle is the basis of my business and I can't operate without suitable vehicle, I was left with no option but to hire in a replacement vehicle. I was told by the service manager at Harwoods this was not a problem and JLR would reimburse me for the hire cost. So far I have been offered £250, I the vehicle hire charges stand at nearly £2000. When I received the vehicle back both rear wheel arch trims were broken and hanging off the vehicle. 150 miles after engine was fitted the vehicle when in to limited performance mode. This was diagnosed as fault code p1247, this code relates to turbo issue. Neither turbo have been replaced after engine failure, every mechanic I've spoken to outside of Harwoods has told me that both turbos should have been replaced after the engine failure. This fault has reappear most days since I have had the vehicle back. Harwoods have now informed me that I am responsible for the costs of repairing this fault. Whilst having the above fault diagnosed by my own garage it was noted that the vehicle had not had a new starter motor fitted which Harwoods have charged Land Rover for. It was also noted that the many bolts missing from the lower half of the engine. This week I've had to have a new headlight bulb fitted, it was noted that's the front axle breather have not been reconnected properly and have been left resting against the diesel heater exhaust causing it's to melt against the exhaust. This easily could have caused a vehicle fire. What will be found next time the open the bonnet is opened?? All the above fault having been caused Harwoods technicians poor workmanship. If or (more lucky) when you find your self in the unfortunate position of needing warranty work completed on your Land Rover I would highly recommend you find an alternative company to carry out the work. Harwoods cannot be trusted with your vehicle. They have shown a complete lack of care.

Good for booking in your car when it has problems, if you buy a Landrover/Range Rover or Jag...you are going to have problems, repeatedly😐
