No answer from e mail enquiry after 17 days, no answer from phones after a one hour and a half wait gave up in the end life is too short never use this company again terrible customer service

My parents got their new mattress their and after 20years on the same John Lewis one slept very well that night, the service was excellent, sales reps happy to help and happy to let my younger siblings try out all the beds, got a great mattress (king size) on better price than John Lewis 👍 who had a smaller range, Overall just very happy experience all round, shop also does other furniture such as sofas and tables

Very good furniture shop to go into usually you fell nagged and under pressure but not here they let you know they are around if needed but then just leave you to a look and do your own thing. Very pleasant.

Bought our sofa's here. Delivery was a little tricky, but lovely staff in store.
