Harveys Furniture bath

The staff here were awesome. I'd gone to DFS looking for a sofa and they had been rude and unhelpful. It was a delight to find staff that wanted to help and knew what they were talking about. I love the sofa I bought, it's super comfortable and didn't cost the earth. Lovely range and will return in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would, in store staff are lovely, its customer services and delivery that really let's them down. first delivery slot came and went no sofa, another week wait. Second delivery slot came and went, no sofa, another 2ish week wait. Third delivery slot, two left hand pieces of a corner sofa, end result no sofa. Fourth delivery slot came damaged sofa, result still no sofa. I dread to think what the fifth delivery has in store for us but that is going to be another 2 ish week wait. Well it's been two weeks, and the sofa came in the house at 6.50am and was gone by 7am. Once again DAMAGED, not bad for a unit that was meant to be inspected by a manager before it left the factory!!

If I could go lower I would. In store guy was awesome. I purchased a left hand corner sofa with the view of bringing my mother in law the next time we were going. We were also planning to buy a dining table once we saw what their customer service was like. Whilst I understand the trade they are in (having been in that trade for ten years with a different furniture supplier) I am truly appalled. Four times I have waited and four times I have been left wanting. I do not recommend the after sales which I am certain have lost them large numbers of customers like ourselves. We did shop around after selecting harveys if we had gone with dfs who didn't have what we wanted it would have been in our lounge for the last three to four weeks.

Really great range of furniture and sitting room suites, really nice and friendly staff would definitely recommend

What can I say is that company is theft people, I bought a lot of stuff from Harvey in January and still waiting for delivery, every time I go to the shop the manager keep repeating I don't know your delivery time or date, then who is known. And they lie to me that they told me that my stuff is ready just pay all the rest of money then you will get straight away your stu, but it wasn't true, what they said. If someone helps me with the advice I will happy with your ideas. I would be happy if I can give less than zero, more than zero

Very relaxed staff who let you walk around and look without bothering you
