We are thrilled with our Harvey Jones kitchen/diner. The quality of the furniture and fittings is excellent and we were lucky to work with Cecily Gale, an experienced and imaginative designer, who helped us to obtain the result we wanted in the space available. It is so important to position fixtures in the right place so that the area is not only pleasant to look at, but also functions smoothly. Cecily and the team have a knack for this and we are delighted with the result.

This was a very good experience. i enjoyed working with Cecily, who took a great deal of trouble in helping me to design and choose the ideal kitchen and to research all the extra special items such as a beautiful granite worktop. Delivery timings were fine and the work was friendly and efficient. A year on everything looks wonderful and still seems to be running smoothly. Thank you!

When our kitchen was totally destroyed by a massive water leak from the flat above, we turned to Cecily Gale of Harvey Jones in Summertown (Oxford) to help us out. Not only did we need new cabinetry, but new counters, new flooring, new plumbing, new plastering – essentially a whole new kitchen built from scratch. Cecily helped us design a totally new kitchen and acted as our liaison, overseeing the whole project while we were residing in the US. Not only did she have to contend with our absence, but also with ongoing leaks that lasted nearly two years. She remained patient throughout and did a commendable job of guiding us through this challenging project. We are ever so grateful to her for all the help she gave us. The finished kitchen is superb. Excellent and very friendly service - and really high quality kitchens. We had some minor snagging after our kitchen was fitted and this was all dealt with extremely quickly and effectively.

We had a very poor customer experience here; We requested a budget for the kitchen we had in mind and shown an alternative concept instead. This would have been ok if we could also see the budget for our desired concept however we were told we could only see one concept and have to commit (downpayment) before asking anything further. This is not the service you expect when you are buying a premium kitchen :( not impressed at all.
