Just picked up my new custom Sport Van. Shoped around before calling Hartwell for a price. Best deal by far. Dealt with Sam Grant, commercial salesman. Extremely professional and polite service from Sam. Couldnt help me enough Would recommend this dealer to any one. Thanks again Sam Simon Brewster enough

Spoke to Josh the day before going to see the 11 plate polo. We booked an appointment and we agreed they would be giving us a discount to accommodate our budget. The following day I went along with two friends and took around 3 hours to get there as a result of traffic. He gave a us the usual sales talk about how the company has been around for 100 years plus etc. We then all sat in the car and before we started the test drive josh told us “by the way I thought I’ll just tell you, we cannot give any discount on this car due to the level of interest we have on it”. He then asked if we still want to go ahead with the test drive. I declined immediately and explained to him how a 100 year old company treats customers in this way. He had nothing to say for himself. He had all the opportunity to phone me at any point to inform me they won’t be able to move on the price and we would not have wasted our time. He then had the audacity to ask me if there are any other cars I want to see. The behaviour of this company is so shameful and I strongly recommend you to avoid them. Truthfully speaking, I’m extremely disgusted this is how a business practices and are still around.

Good service but no cash exchanged!

Just spent a wasted morning trying to find Hartwells Dacia, no luck, no signage, nothing there, so you lose a sale, going to Aylesbury to test drive as Hartwells is rubbish!!!

I was search a Jaguar XE for my friend and at that time the sale person told me the price was 12999 and after one day it changed to 13499. Also the car warranty should be 899 for three years but he told my friend it was 999. The confusion of the car price and the warranty price were very unprofessional and I didn't expect the dealership can change the price in one day time like this and took people money in this way. Overprice, unprofessional and stay away

I bought a car from here a few months back I then had a problem with it a month or so later which took a lot longer then it should have taken so had to pay a lot of money for insurance on my partners car but both us being young driver and not driven 2 years yet it cost a lot. A family member of mine phoned and complained because of how long it was taking so long and they said they will see what they will do about a possible refund for the money which is fine to me either way if I got it back or didn’t but the thing is I have phoned up several times to find out anything and I keep getting told they can’t find the person I ask to speak to every single time I phone. Communication at this place is not very good at all. The staff I bought the car from were lovely and really helpful but since then I have had nothing but problems with the garage. Will no longer be using them for any problems I have with my car.

I was greated by the lovely sales staff at Hartwell, in particular Sam! He was very professional and knowledgeable in his vans and gave me all the answers that I needed! I'd highly recommend dealing with Sam if you're looking at buying a van in the near future.

Visited Hartwell van centre over the weekend and was greeted by a salesman named Sam. What a breath of fresh air he was. His knowledge of the used vans I was looking at was second to none and he was able to answer my many questions, nothing felt like too much trouble which was great. He was so polite and friendly and did not rush or push me into anything allowing me time to think about a rather large purchase. No money exchanged hands however I will certainly be back very soon.
