Lovely staff! I bought my car recently from them and I couldn't have asked for better service, 100% top notch. Definitely will be going here again in the future. Thank you all at Hartwell for all of your help getting my car, I love it.

This is my experience with the Hemel Hemsptead Ford dealership Awesome and quick customer service from everyone there. Eleanor was incredibly helpful in getting the issues with my car passed onto the service department in order to get my car booked in, after understanding why I didn't want to return to the original dealership I bought the car from. John the service manager is fantastic and very understanding as well, and has also helped to correct issues made by another dealer after talking to them himself. Generally a great group of people who know what they're doing, couldn't recommend more

Miss sell miss sell miss sell. If you look to buy a car off this company then you might aswell ask some one to rob you in the street. It'll cost you less money and headache. Stay well away from this comoany. Even the top boss's don't csre Any sense then STAY AWAY

Wouldn't go anywhere near hartwell!! They are going bust so they are sacking people for no reason lol to top it off they miss sell loads of vehicles so many customers complain and nothing gets resolved

Useless, A complaint will get you nowhere as they just don't care. Email correspondence is rarely replied to, Telephone Calls never returned and then when they promise to do something they cease trading with the manufacturer without telling you. We are back at square one with a warranty that is expiring soon.

Don't touch theys guys with a barge pole. Bought a new SEAT from them after we were lied to by the salesman (who had walked out before we collected the car, so can't prove it). A feature they said was in the car, wasn't. We took it back and they said they'd fix it - they even said they HAD fixed it - they hadn't. We complained to SEAT who confirmed that the feature was not available on that model at all. They had recently acquired the SEAT franchise from Humphris and didn't have a clue about the cars. Do not touch these people or get everything confirmed in writing first.
