Harrow Service Centre london

I took my car here for a MOT recently. Always a pleasure going to Harrow service centre. I’ve been taking my own car and family cars here for years now. The main reason is that they conduct work efficiently and to a professional standard. I always recommend everyone to this service centre as they will get your car back on the road again and repaired. The friendly staff are really welcoming and the trained technicians take pride into their work. I have to say that is easily the best Vehicle service centre in London. Highly recommend! Very helpful staff, the collect from home service is a welcome feature as it meant I could go to work and not worry about having to pick up the car. The work carried out was excellent value as well, so all in all I was very pleased with how well they treated me and the standard of work, hence a five star rating. Update: Second time as a customer, and the service was 5 stars again. Very good communication, very quick to help and got my car MOTd without any fuss. Update: Third time as a customer, and the level of service is still 5 stars. To be consistently good speaks volumes about Harrow Service Centre, excellent and very pleased again.

I have used Harrow Service Centre for over 6 years, initially on a recommendation from a friend. The service is always friendly, they explain everything clearly, with good financial breakdowns. I had a major problem with my car, prior to a long journey and they managed to fit me in and replace the part quickly and efficiently. Update March 2020. Yet again highly recommended. Car ready when I wanted it,, good communications regarding progress. Sept 2020 MOT again fantastic service. Yet again highly recommended, this time for a service.

Khushiai was most helpful in understanding my problem and getting me booked in for a suitable time. He kept me fully up to date with progress, the options available to me for repair and associated cost. He also performed some great research to find me some non market parts saving me money. A wonderful, friendly, and professional service.

I recently tried this garage for the first time after being with another garage for many years. I was impressed with how professional, helpful and generally well managed they were. I emailed them to get a quote for the work needed and they replied promptly with a clear price list which they made sure to stick to. They also provided regular updates so I knew what was happening. Admittedly the prices initially seemed a little high but the work was well done and usually with garages you get what you pay for. Overall, I was impressed and happy with the work and will hopefully be using HSC again more regularly in the future.
