Harrow Leisure Centre london

I only use Harrow Leisure Centre for swimming and yes the changing rooms are a bit scrappy, but the pool itself is great. When you can get in it! The number of after-work swimming hours dedicated to clubs is totally unreasonable. 7pm is prime time and this is supposed to be a public pool.

Tried to rejoin yesterday but was greeted by a very unenthusiastic man. Only interested in people joining than left to get on with it. Classes has not changed with everyone going to sally's classes....

The building it's a bit dated, but all the services are good. I specially highlight the new soft play area, it is great! It is big and the room is spacious and very comfortable. The actual soft play is clean and new, my one year old really enjoyed it, and it is only £2.5! Definitely recommend it! See pics attached

everyone active is con. Be ready to loose money if you join any contract. Manager and everyone team don't help and say we won't refund any money even you give monthly notice. helpless company. There is no head office contact number so you can't complaint.

Excellent value for money, our whole family use the facilities on a weekly basis. Convenient parking on site which really helps with a young family.

It's great to be able to go for a swim again and the centre has it all arranged really well. 1 hour sessions so cleaning can be carried out, and only a limited number at each session to avoid over crowding....BUT....this being said, I can't wait for it to all return to normal - just being able to go without having to plan and book. My grandson is special needs and I'm 70 so we wouldn't usually pay but having to book online, this is not offered so we have to pay full price which is a shame when on a tight budget. Lovely leisure centre and one I'd recommend as cleaner than others.

Lots of parking first of all. Ease of access for wheelchairs and prams. At the moment it's 3 hours free parking. The facilities are great and cater for all ages. Soft play, little kickers football and swimming are on my priority at the moment and they offer that. Played badminton the other day and it was good. Space at the back of courts near Wall is limited, so you will be hindered. However, am no pro so didn't make an impact on my game (don't have game tbh). Didn't give it the 5 star treatment as it is a bit outdated. Needs a little revamp.

Unfortunately the fitness department communications team (staff that deal with telephone queries) do not have any communication or customer service skills. The guy that picked up the phone, instead of trying to help and assist, just rushed me through the call and hang up on me whilst I was trying to ask me questions about particular classes. The Northolt leisure centre team is much more customer oriented.

The gym is dreadful. Many of the machines are indeed dated but worse still is they are poorly maintained. The flooring is a hazard. The toilets are clean but... Sadly soap is not replenished in some maybe less used toilets. The sauna and steam room have been out of action for multiple excuses I was given. Gave up on which one was the truth. Response from 'management' to my raised issues left me in tears of laughter. Perhaps some of the members would have accepted the response but I'm in the trade and understand even poor quality needs to meet basic health and safety measures. I have moved to another place within 2 weeks of joining.

Decent place,nice staff busy at times especially if staff aren't making people leave the pool when the time ends.
