Dr Jane Woyka is excellent. She strikes a very good balance between professional and thorough whilst also being warm and approachable. I don’t give five star reviews often but she deserves it and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Dr Woyka provides a brilliant service in Women's Health. I have been a patient for years with differing health issues. She really listened to my needs and provided a clinical management plan that felt inclusive of my ideas, concerns and expectations. When I needed to revert to the NHS GP, good advice was given to save on private costs and how to better access NHS treatment. Forever grateful. I recommended her to two relatives needing urgent surgical intervention which quickly signposted them to specialists, which saved one from permanent disability and the other from unnecessary surgery. Highly recommended and well regarded. Thank you Dr Woyka.

I had a very good experience at this practice. I was made to feel welcome by the friendly receptionists, was seen on time by the doctor and nurse and was very pleased with the medical attention and service. Great surgery with same day appointments if needed.

Very impressed after our first visit today! Nicky, the receptionist, was very welcoming and professional. Dr Anup Mazumdar was superb. He listened intently and was genuinely interested in helping. He shared his thoughts with empathy and in an unhurried manner. We are very grateful for his help and would have no hesitation in recommending this health centre. Thank you. Mark & Ibi Ford

Such a shame... GP.surgery that does NOT do complicated... would not give an appointment as complicated medical issues. What is the point of becoming a GP if you won’t see a patient because they are sick. Contacted the surgery for my daughter but refused appointment as said that the centre manager does not want to take complicated patients. Maybe the GP.s need to consider whether they became GP to actually practice medicine and help people, or just to do the easy. All we wanted was a GP that cared to see our daughter ... clearly this is not a caring practice.

I have been to see Dr Woyka and Dr Nathan at the surgery and find them absolutely faultless. In addition to this, the reception team and Administrators are all lovely, welcoming and warm which is so rare to find in a GP surgery and they all make you feel valued. My referrals to consultants both times I have been to see HHCC have been very quick, they keep you in the loop and, even though I got some worrying news, Dr Woyka was fantastic with assuaging any anxieties and taking the time to explain everything to me in reassuring detail. I’m going back to the practice for a recommended follow up treatment and have made the decision today to make HHCC my official GP surgery as I just can’t imagine receiving better care elsewhere-I had always felt my NHS GP surgery was fine so the decision to switch is based on excellent service rather than dissatisfaction elsewhere. Can’t recommend the team at HHCC more highly.

So I rang up to book a Covid test online I made a mistake with one of the info so anyways the receptionist for travel clinic was absolutely rude! Disgusting service! Taking out her fustration on us! Looks like she was having a bad day but doesn’t mean you forget about your customer service! My fathers English is not that great he was on the other side of the line... she said I want to talk to your daughter because I don’t understand you which offended us....like is that how your colleagues are like with others who don’t have great English? Until I had a go at her to tell her relax she calmed down. No apologies for being rude! Was told I would get an invoice sent I don’t even receive it. This women needs more training in customer service
