My husband has been trying to sell his former marital home for a while now and after a bad experience with a competitor he moved the sale to Harrison Brant Estate agents earlier this year. Very quickly it became clear that Harrison Brant Estate agents were dynamic and working very hard to get a sale agreed. Once the property was sold subject to contract Tony Harvey the Sales Progression Manager took over to see clients (us) through to completion. Tony offered a superb service always chivying the various parties to the sale to ensure that everyone was up to date and generally adopted a very positive approach. We would completely recommend Harrison Brant Estate agents and especially the services of Tony Harvey to help vendors wade their way through the, sometimes very trying, process of sale through exchange of contracts and then completion.

We have recently sold our central Shoreham house with Harrison Brant. Throughout the whole project we have received both efficient and courteous service by the whole team. We were particularly impressed by the sales presentation, professional photography and management of the viewings. Towards the end of the process it was really helpful having one member of staff to liaise with all the people involved in our chain (buyers, sellers, other estate agents and solicitors).
