Although we have not yet moved into our new student house I can only comment on the excellent and prompt turnarounds from your letting team. They were honest about issues with the house and reassuring that these would be rectified before we moved in. As a student it can be very competitive and stressful trying to find a house but the two individual estate agents that we dealt with were very helpful, on time to viewings and quick to process all the paperwork. My experience with Harringtons Lettings is currently one of utmost satisfaction. I came across a property on their site, and was very pleased to see not only a floor plan and cohesive pictures included, but also a virtual 360 tour, alongside detailed descriptions of fees and the house. With some queries of my own, I reached out to Harringtons Lettings through phone call, and was immediately able to get through and speak with members of the team. I was gratified at how warm and welcoming the team was, easing my mind with the level of professionalism displayed. This led me to book a house viewing without unnecessary delay, and see the home for myself. While doing a quality check of the house that a very sweet member of the team was walking us through, I found there to be no disconcerting or misleading differences from the displayed pictures on their website. I find that letting agencies are often consumed by the want to let their propertied as soon as possible, overlooking integral details; however, Harringtons explained the entire process of letting in a thorough manner, making sure we weren't rushing into things. Overall, after encountering such a high degree of excellent service and care, my group decided to take the house after careful consideration. Not once did we second guess the decision, after Harringtons had been transparent and understanding to the extent that they were. It astonished me how quickly we were able to handle the initial paperwork, getting responses saying the house was temporarily ours until further documents had been completed in only 30 minutes. Furthermore, the agency sent us these files with instructions on how to fill them the following day, which were were able to handle. The team never hesitated to make themselves available to our group, and made us feel valued as tenants. I greatly recommend proceeding with this agency, as you are in safe hands, and I cannot wait to continue working with them.

They dont check your credit rating or job, the only thing they accept is a UK homeowner guarantor?! Which is for 1 of 2 reasons. 1. under law they can longer pass that cost on to the renter or 2. Its red lining. Only agency ive heard of that do this. So if your family dont own property, dont bother

Since my first interaction with Harrington's Lettings, all their staff have been extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, professional and most importantly effective. I appreciate the transparency from them and their excellent & frequent communication. Every time I've called someone has answered quickly and been helpful. It's often a nightmare dealing with lettings agents as a tenant as it can be so hit-and-miss, sometimes a pleasant experience and sometimes the opposite. I have enjoyed working with Harringtons thus far and consider them to be one of the best agents I've had to deal with to date.
