I took my Samsung galaxy phone into the shop to get the screen replaced and under the impression that it was a pretty standard straightforward repair job for a shop whom specifically specialises in this field. I returned to collect my phone and pay the fixed fee of £70. But much to my disappointment a couple of hours later I discovered that my screen started flickering at which point I also realised that a crack had formed due to the fact that the screen had not been fitted properly. I took it back to the shop and was truthful when I explained the issue at hand. The shop was adamant that they shared no liability and that the crack had developed after I had left the shop therefore inferring that I was directly responsible for the fault occuring. He insisted that he could not send the a screen back due to the crack and insisted that I had to pay a further £30 for a new screen if I wanted him to fix the current problem. I felt that I had been backed into a corner and that I did not have very much of a choice. When I picked the phone up I was relieved to be told that I was under the promise that if I experienced any further problems I was under a 3 month warranty to return. Shortly afterwards I once again discovered that the screen had not been fitted properly for a second time. At this point I was in such utter disbelief I agreed for my partner to take the phone back to the shop for a third time only to find out that they denied the existence or the possibility that any agreements took place relating to any form of warranty. So I am £100 down and my screen is not much better off now after all this tragic upheaval and drama than what it was before I took it to the shop initially. I do not have the slightest idea of where to go from here or what steps I could take next to find any possibility of a solution that would provide me with an opportunity to fix this current dilemma of mine. I am just another individual whose name has been added to an endlist list of countless others which have also found themselves in a similar situation. The harsh reality is that we have each become an innocent victim of an appalling case involving the lowest possible form of bad customer service. Individuals whom disguise themselves and appear to be genuine when really the actual truth of the matter is they are fraudsters, no different than a common thief and lacking any kind of moral centre whatsoever. Just another cowboy that are a disgrace to the trade that pretend to represent. If there is one lesson I can take away from this whole unfortunate incident then it is that I am going to look at the reviews first, just like this one, every single time, no matter, what without fail !!!

Professional, and wonderful service. Replaced my screen, and the phone repair even came under a warranty which I was able to use! They happily took my phone in a 2nd time and fixed it and restored it to great condition - under it's warranty!! Highly recommend HARDWARE COMMUNICATION LTD. Feel safe, and confident they will take care of any issues I may encounter, and I will not hesitate to return to them for any repairs in the future! Thanks for the great service !

I took in a laptop to get repaired. When I took it in I was told it would be looked at and I would be given a quote for the work. I also told them I would be at a wedding over the weekend and wouldn't be able to answer a call but would speak with them the following week. When I returned the call they had done the work. Luckily it was only £30. When I went in to pick it up I was naturally curious about what was wrong with the laptop and how it was fixed but the engineer was incredibly rude and defensive when answering my questions. Two pieces of feedback: 1. If you tell a customer you will quote them before starting the work. Stick to this. 2. When the customer enquires about the work that you are charging them for don't answer their questions with hostility EDIT: In response to the below. It was not because he was wearing a face mask. His responses were short and I felt he got increasingly irritated with each question. I was told "If I knew what he was talking about I would have fixed it myself". I feel like he immediately took offensive at my questions and assumed i was accusing him of foul play as I was told to "check the CCTV if I didn't believe him". I was merely trying to understand what had been done and what went wrong with the laptop as I was curious but he didn't want to take the time to explain. Regardless of your intentions, this is how I perceived you so take the feedback onboard and improve your tone and behaviour for the next customers as i won't be coming back.
