I went in with some back issues and Hima was so lovely and professional with helping me understand what the issue was with my back, explaining each thing she was doing and generally making me feel super comfortable!! Would highly recommend anyone to go here! :)

5/ 5

I had a slipped disc and severe sciatica and booked in sessions with Jake. I was in absolute agony and could hardly walk or do any 'normal' day to day movements for weeks. Arriving at the practice was welcoming, from the Receptionist and also in session was extremely professional and Jake has incredible knowledge and knows his stuff. I had a few sessions and eventually I was healed, nomore pain at all or sciatica, which I thought would stay with me forever as had suffered for 2 years with it. What was really impressive is that Hardiman use an app and upload the exercises recommended to do between sessions to quicken the process. I Highly recommend Hardiman Performance and would definately go back if any injuries or issue occur.

I had been putting off seeking professional help with an old injury for far too long!! I finally gave in when the pain outweighed my procrastination. Within 1 session Jake at Hardiman Performance had not only significantly reduced my symptoms and created a road map for how to get back to full recovery. It’s been 4 months since my initial session and I’m not only fully recovered but have vastly improved. My only regret is that I left it so long.
