Hard Rock Hotel Singapore – lake district

Nice food

To be honest one expected more from this staycation trip. The hotel is okay, can’t say that it feels luxurious. Though the outdoor pool area etc. is quite nice and fun to hang around. Room has quite a decent view. Beds are okay and so is the room size. Service is okay as well. Just an average experience to be honest, but a good weekend getaway. It was nice to lounge around the poolside, which was rather quiet.

One of the best places to stay in SIngapore! Great pool side! A lot of amenities nearby! Rooms are spacious and clean! Staff are very friendly! They have a casino downstairs too! Always a good times and beach is walking distance! cheers!

My family and I were quarantined at Hard Rock for 14 days and the room was comfortable. Decent size and the bathroom was generally clean. However, the one star I am giving the hotel for is the fact that the rooms we were given are filthy. The first thing that we noticed when we walked into the room was how sticky the floor was. I had optimistically thought that it was because of the cleaning agents the hotel uses, I mean, it IS a quarantine hotel. A few days into our stay, my son accidentally spilled some water onto the floor. I then cleaned it up with some wipes. Alas, what I saw was very off putting (refer to screenshot below). Not surprising to anyone else, I spent the next hour giving the floor a good clean. I am proud to say that I left the hotel room cleaner than when we moved in. Disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Very cool hotel - with nice pool. I enjoyed the rooms. I like to get away from the city for a bit and the Hard Rock Hotel is in line with my music taste. Sometimes you are lucky with some special packages. I would say its worth the money. And you can get quite easy around from there too.

I stayed here for 9 days due to quarantine. The staff was very attentive and accommodating to my needs. I stayed in room 567 and had the most exquisite view. I could watch dolphins at adventure cove and look at the cable cars going by. The beds were so comfortable and I felt like I had a nice break after working on the frontline for so long. Definitely want to book this room again if possible 🥰

Even though I was there for quarantine, i enjoyed myself really much because the food and the view is great!

Just checked in. For a 5 star hotel and of the well renowned Hard Rock chain, this particularly property smacks of 2 star service. The room had food stains & food crumbs on the floor. TV is not working and have been waiting for 2 hours since for someone to do something. Lunch ordered but took repeated calls and after 2 hours gets delivered at 3pm. Management, please wake up!!
