Harborne Spa & Clinic

I absolutely love this place! I always feel comfortable and relaxed every time I visit. The Spa is clean, organised and very well presented. All staff are friendly and professional. I am currently pregnant and recently had a wax which I was extremely nervous about as this was my first waxing experience - Lindsay was amazing! she made me feel at ease and was very patient with me. I have had several other treatments before this with several members of staff and each time, it has been perfect and the staff have been fabulous! Thank you to all of you - I look forward to my next treatment x

Just want to say a big thankyou to the staff for being so lovely and making me feel so welcome. Great service, super friendly! The Spa was spotless and had a really calming atmosphere. It was so nice to escape from every day life for a while. Thank you for managing to fit me in after such short notice! Cant recommend enough! I will definitely be visiting again!

Great experience at Harborne Spa and Clinic. Second visit. Excellent appointment booking system. Very professional, experienced and friendly team ensuring all Covid safety measures are practiced from arrival to completion of treatments. Relaxing spa with highly professional staff. I went in feeling stressed with things and love that I got some escapism for an hour or so. Will be rebooking.

It was my first time visiting this salon and it's exceeded my expectations. I've been to Harborne plenty of times but never considered using a salon around the high street due to lack of packing. However, when I called up I was pleased to know they had an available parking slot next to the restaurant. Indy did my threading for me and I am so pleased with the results. She listened to what I wanted and she took her time shaping it. Other places would take off so much and I'd end up with thin eyebrows. I will definitely visit again :-) thank you Indy!

I was really hoping the service would be great but was majorly let down. I had a few services booked for my 1st wedding anniversary but the Spa Manicure wt Polish and Underarm Hot wax were a disaster. With Spa Manicure wt Polish- the polish was horrendous, there were gaps all over my nails and on requesting to correct it, she used a completely different nail polish. I had to go without polish, and when asking to get it cleaned she was like it will be okay. Didn't offer moisturizer either. I left with unserviced hands. I was calm throughout. At the end of my service, I asked for a refund only for the manicure! But the lady who provided my service was very unapologetic saying she has next client to attend and walked away while mentioning she is not authorized to refund me. Now I am left with sad nails and can't find anywhere to get them done until Monday and I need to fly out tomorrow evening. Dear manager at Harborne Spa, please issue the refund

I visited here last month for waxing and a gel manicure. On arrival I was greeted with a smiling therapist/receptionist who took my jacket and offered me a drinks menu. Great choice of coffees! Really enjoyed the experience and thought how friendly all the staff were. I’m booked in again next week so hoping it’s just as good.

My experience at harborne spa and clinic has been wonderful I would like to take time to thank all the lovely staff and there services I had a lovely hot stone massage by Laura and I highly recommend. Also I love the new range of products from Jade Emma ltd had to purchase a few gifts for this Christmas and I recommend the clay mask from the range and the hand cream is soo nourishing 100% vegan and natural .

Really pleased with the results I had, Indi was fabulous and she did an amazing job! Definitely my now go to salon!
