This is a follow up review on my purchase of a Mercedes R230 SL500 back in Jan 2021… I was extremely pleased in my dealings with Hanwells over the purchase but, like many companies, it’s how they treat you in terms of after sales care that is the true measure of a company…. After 6mths of happy ownership of the SL (a superb head turning car) I had an issue with the car that wasn’t covered under the warranty, but on phoning Stephen at Hanwells he immediately, (and without being asked) offered to make a healthy contribution towards the cost of repair. Remember that this was on a car which was very much at the bottom end of their range in terms of value yet they still, without hesitation, were supportive. This tells me all I need to know about the quality of service they provide and I will certainly go back to them when looking for my next ‘special’ car. Well done Hanwells 😊

Visited Hanwells today and had a great conversation with the Managing Director - Steve. Actually bought a vehicle I was looking for. Very pleased with the transaction and the deal was conducted in a friendly and professional manner. The presentation of my vehicle was excellent - First class customer treatment.

Had a completely seamless part exchange of my Jaguar to a Bentley Continental Flying Spur. Although due to covid restrictions, i bought the car unseen, i was totally confident in the information i was being given and i was not disappointed. The car is a dream and the staff at Hanwells are professionalism personified. Dealt with Steve from start to finish and where I thought there may be issues he resolved them instantly. Can't recommend this company highly enough. They keep things simple and are a pleasure to deal with. They will definitely be my first port of call the next time i wish to purchase a luxury vehicle.
