When coming back from a long holiday I was in for a shock. The pumps weren’t working and I lost one of the big fishes. I had a look online and I found Hanover Ponds. Not only did Phil come around within 15 minutes but he told me what I needed and when he could do the work. Within a few days everything’s up and running. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Phil originally sorted out our rather neglected pond and advised on controlling blanket weed and keeping the pump sludge free. He arrives promptly when summond for help and gives an excellent service. Definitely a five star service.

We are absolutely thrilled with the work Phil has done on our pond this week. Our pond had been unloved for over two years and needed a good clean out, plus a safety grid to make our garden toddler friendly. Phil did a fantastic job creating a bespoke grid that is not only safe but looks really good too. He also added a couple of finishing touches which was such a nice thought and really appreciated.
