Dan and Harry installed our doors who were very professional and competent.Originally communicated direct with Dan, he was very quick in responding and kept me up to date with how the order was getting on. The prices were reasonable and beats all your large door and window companies such as safestyles who were rude and rubbish. Dan also contacted me and kept me posted when he had received the doors. The boys came on time and fitted the doors for us. Very tidy lads and very polite. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Very reliable and trust worthy. Thank you Hanleys for my beautiful doors.

Best place to get bifold doors and job windows in stoke on Trent

**** AVOID ****Absolutely shocking service. We ordered 2 sash windows and a composite barn door at the beginning of October. We were told they would take 3 weeks and after much chasing, we were advised that they would be ready by the latest 26th November. No surprise they didn’t deliver and failed to contact us to let us know. Having been in to the shop and paid the balance 2 weeks before we had no reason to doubt their service. “Michelle” who dealt with our order is as usefias a chocolate fire guard! Constant promises to call back after my husband chased them, never happened. When the order was finally ready for delivery, it took the delivery driver to tell us that the door wasn’t on board as they’d only just checked it and realised mistakes despite Solidor delivering to them weeks prior. On top of that after inspecting the windows they too were faulty as missing features paid for as extras!! Whole fiasco took us and their delivery driver yet another day to sort and now due to their incompetence and lack of communication we lost our slot with our fitter and consequently will not have our new windows and door fitted before Christmas. We were recommended due to their competitive prices.....the amount of chasing, stress and time they have cost us I would have preferred to pay the extra ££££. WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND to another living soul!!!
