Brand new hotel with big rooms, big windows and comfortable bed. The WiFi is the fastest I've ever experienced. Uploaded a 2GB video in less than 15 seconds. Staff made me feel welcome and the endless coffees at breakfast helped. If you need a late checkout just ask. There is free parking 5mins walk down Rochdale Road

Doesn't look very appetizing from outside but looks are deceiving, fantastic place to stay. Lovely clean rooms great friendly staff and it's a breakfast to die for. 10 minutes walk into the city centre where you'll find great place to eat and drink. Definitely well worth a visit.

Upon check in A/C was unserviceable and a pool of water had build at the entrance to the room. A change of room was done however cleanliness of the room could be better (coat hangers in the toilet) during this period. Room is comfortable and brightly lighted. Ordered fish and chips rather disappointed, fish too dry and no ketchup or salt on the tray. The view from the window was nice.

All the members of staff were really helpful and welcoming. However, the only issues we had were that upon request for our rooms to be cleaned, they stated that you have to stay a minimum of 3 nights for rooms to be cleaned and also when requesting toilet rolls and towels at reception they only gave 1 each time per request. The bar staff were really nice and easy to make conversation with. All in all, it was a great experience! The hotel itself was nice and clean and the security of the hotel was outstanding. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're planning a trip to Manchester as it is close to the city centre.
