If you value your money, are looking for a quality product and finish and helpful customer service , DO NOT USE this company. Have now had to be in touch three times about their products falling about despite spending nearly £7000 with them. NEVER NEVER NEVER touch this company, I would trust Argos before going anywhere near Hammonds ever ever again !

Account Number CR519 Shelves flimsy. Backrest missing. Window seater wrong colour. Called on 1st June spoke to Heather. Promised call back within 48 hours. Called on 5th June, spoke to Michael Harvey, Promised call back from a manager called Jacob within 48 hours. Called 8th June, spoke to Michael Harvey, same excuse plus an extra ridiculous excuse that "we fit 600 bedrooms a week so we have a backlog". If you can't hire the right amount of staff to provide good service then mention that to customers before taking their money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY SAY THEY ARE A FAMILY BUSINESS TO GET YOUR TRUST, WELL DO NOT TRUST THIS FAMILY! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

On the 15th my wardrobe fitting was cancelled...on the 22nd my wardrobe fitting was cancelled...on the 29th the fitter cancelled having no idea where my wardrobes are and therefore cancelled. Absolutely shocked and disgusted that such a reputable company such as Hammonds could be so unreliable. Warning to all don't just look at the brand name, read the genuine comments and customer feedback. They were quick to take thousands from us but where are they now? No word from Rob the sales rep or James at customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID
