this place is unbelievable. I have not had a single good experience here. the receptionists are not helpful and quite rude but not all I have met some nice ones and one doctor specifically is just incompetent and had very poor attitude.

A great practice. The receptionists are very nice, and both the doctors I have encountered so far are great as well. The wait time for an appointment has been around 1 to 1.5 weeks, in my experience. Very nice atmosphere, due to the building clearly being a former residential house it does not feel clinical.

Well run practice with caring doctors and nurses.

Very good experiences with this practice. I have always been given an appointment when I needed, whether asap or more routine appointment.

Very nice and friendly. Keen to help. Dr's and nurses always put you at ease. Receptionists are very polite and helpful. Keep up the good work to all the staff at this surgery.

Care more about the costs of medicines than they do about giving you what's best suited to you. They force and pressurise you into taking cheaper ones. They treat you like a number on a bit of paper as opposed to a human with health concerns.

I have been with this practice since 1976 when it was actually in Hamilton place. I have also entrusted them with the care of my Son who has had type 1 Diabetes since he was 2 years old. The people who work there, without exception, have always presented as professional yet friendly, and willing to help. There are always going to be times when the Surgery is under a lot of pressure and have to prioritise, therefore patients will not always get an appointment when they want one, but those that really do need one, will get one. My own Doctor, Frank Charleston is always willing to listen to my concerns and take time to explain what’s happening in terms that are as jargon free as possible, ensuring I understand the situation and all relevant advice.

I have been going to this surgery for years now and the staff are all great, very few times have i had any problems and the one's i have aren't worth mentioning. They are very busy with appointments and you will find you usually will need to book weeks in advance. But the all doctors / nurses and receptionists are very friendly, there has been only 1 receptionist their that would be classed as rude over the years but the rest are brilliant and i rate the service very highly. Overall great practice and i would recommend it to anyone looking for a surgery in the area .
