5/ 5

Chiharu is an amazing massage therapist, and is skilled in a variety of treatments! I initially went to her for treatment with neck and shoulder pain, and have gone back on a number of occasions, for other sport related pain, in my lower back and hips, as well as for tension headache pain. Her polite and respectful nature made me feel very comfortable. She is incredibly professional, and knowledgeable and highly skilled in sports and remedial massage. She has always been quick to locate the source of the problems and pain and alleviated it, and also given me advice about how to manage any pain on my own between appointments, such as through stretching as well as with magnesium creams or bath salts, which you can buy from her. These also make excellent gifts! She is very conscientious, and keeps up to date on all the latest COVID-19 health protocols, so that she can provide her services in a safe environment, and keep her clients and her local community safe. I would definitely go back to her and recommend her massage services!
