Staff don't want to pay any attention to the client they have instead they laugh and talk to other staff members which can be quite unsettling. Prices are an absolute rip off!! Had shellac on hand and toes just plain colour all one colour they charged me 42 pounds although the sign outside said 15 for shellac so shouldn't that be 30? I also saw other people being overcharged whilst there they perhaps need to take down the pretend signs that state things are cheaper Will NOT be visiting again. Went for a pamper and a cheer up and went out feeling disheartened!! Avoid at all costs unless of course you like paying double the price for the exact same quality you could get anywhere else!!

went yesterday to get acrylics done, wouldn’t recommend. asked for almond shaped nails and walked out with coffin. payed £35 when the advertised price was £25. original price was 30 but when i asked for glitter on one of the nails it came up to 35. complete rip off. after the lady had shaped my nails i asked her to round them out a little more but she said no. sort of aggressive when talking to other employees and when grabbing clients hands. wouldn’t recommend at all there are plenty of other places in town to go.

I've been going for the past few months but have never left feeling 100% happy with my nails. I felt rushed not allowing me to check & change things if needed. I'm now going to another nail bar were I leave feeling happy & pampered not rushed & left waiting.
