Received excellent service from Paul Spencer, Sales Director. He visited for the 2nd time to investigate a problem with a Hallmark door which had been poorly installed, not a manufacturing issue. The company that undertook the job has subsequently gone into receivership. This indicates first class after sales follow-up, to investigate and rectify a problem caused by a 3rd party.
